HOV Juniors Mission Statement
Serving Amherst County, Appomattox County, Bedford County, Campbell County, and Lynchburg
To promote volleyball education and growth of USA Junior Volleyball throughout Central Virginia. To provide the highest possible level
of volleyball coaching for every participant. To expose each participant to the highest possible level of volleyball competition.
HOV Juniors-About
HOV Juniors is a travel volleyball program where HOV teams compete in one- or two-day tournaments throughout the old dominion
region. The HOV season begins with tryouts in November and December of each year and includes a number of regional tournaments extending
from January through early May. If you are new to USA Volleyball we suggest that you review the HOV Handbook for background
information regarding HOV volleyball. Review the HOV Travel Rules for answers to questions pertaining to HOV tryouts, method
of team and player selection, and other rules that the CVV Board has approved for the Travel program.
HOV Juniors-
Season fee for all HOV teams is $560 which covers uniforms, USA membership fee, coaches stipends, coaches travel &
living, gym rental, uniforms, club admin fees, and entry fee to the following tournaments: Shamrock Festival and 5 Old
Dominion Region tournaments.
